My husband I ALWAYS enjoy eating at Hoffbrau Steaks in Granbury, Texas! Today we had another delicious meal, but what makes it a perfect meal is your servers’ excellent service. Cody was our server today at Table 43/1 at 12:01 p.m., and he was quick efficient, and so pleasant and well-mannered. He made our meal special. Pleaese pass our compliments along to his manager, as it’s the people like Cody who make your business great. Good food is everywhere; good service by great servers is a treasure. Also, the manager was a delight; he brought our meal out to us and inquired how we were doing as he worked right along with his staff. Please do not overwork these fine folks–your need to treat them right and keep them! Merry Christmas to all!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you and much needed credit to the folks in the Amarillo catering division. We had our employee appreciation banquet this past Saturday the 17th with 312 guests. The food was wonderful, service was very professional and friendly. I couldn’t say enough kind things about Mike (owner) and Todd Gray (Catering manager), and the entire service crew. Everything was seamless, delicious and perfect in every way possible!! They worked with all of our needs, special requests, and were very customer oriented. Kudos to Amarillo Hoffbrau Steakhouse!!!

“Hello! I grew up in the DFW area and now live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. (15 years) Last time I was in Dallas (2 years ago) I had your Texas Pesos and fell in love. We do not have anything like that here and I was wondering if you could guide me in the right direction on how to make them. I would go to Texas more often just for them but I opened a consignment store called Mynt Condition Fine Consignmynt and I lost my freedom. “I just wanted to make you aware of the great folks that you have at your Haltom City location. On Saturday August 28th, we held a surprise 50th birthday party for my wife. This was without a doubt the best large party experience that I have ever had at any restuarant any where. Your Manager Eric, the servers Shad and Frank were OUTSTANDING. We filled your back room with 50 guest and they were ALL extremely impressed with the experience. Everything came off without a hitch, the food was great, ALL of the orders were correct, ALL of the seperate checks were correct and everyone had a FANTASTIC time. To this day all of our friends are still talking about what a Great job your staff did and how much fun they had. You are always concerned when you plan something like this, but there was no reason for concern. Your entire staff made this once in a lifetime experience for my wife a memorable one and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank You so much for everything.”

Due to limited staff, the restaurant prepared a table next to other diners in one of the main rooms.The server was professional–polite and efficient, handled special requests well and kept all of the members of the party happy. The steak was excellent, and the value was exceptional.”

“I have been eating regularly at the Hoffbrau on So. University for over three years now. I am so pleased with the service I get I doubt anyone could find another restaurant with service better than the Hoffbrau. An excellent variety of food items, one could eat there for a lmonth before repeating a meal. Ricky, the chef, knows his way around the kitchen, turning out mouth-watering steaks, tender ribs and a good variety of chicken meals. I would like to say that from the greeters at the door to the servers they treat you like family, always courteous, helpful and friendly. I would love to list their names but won’t because I may miss someone, Ladies, Gents (this goes for the managers also) Thank You for your caring attitude, the conversation and for making me feel like I’m at home eating. Thanks, love you all.?”

“Hoffbrau is another mini-chain, with locations in the West End, Haltom City, Fort Worth, Arlington and Amarillo. They will be opening one in Granbury, TX in mid December.
Though the focus is straight ahead steaks, the menu does have a very respectful Chic ken Fried Steak. The choice of sirloin pays off in above-average flavor. The meat has been adequately tenderized on all visits. Breading is crisp and flavorful. One excellent touch is the decision to plate the Chicken Fried Steak on top of a slice of Texas
toast. The toast keeps the hot CFS off the plate, so steam doesn’t get trapped between breading and plate. Delicious!”
